QIF2CSV for Windows

Converts QIF files exported from Quicken or downloaded from a bank, credit card, or brokerage to CSV format. It is small, lightweight, multi-platform, and simple to use. QIF2CSV runs on a local computer and does not require any password information or access to any accounts.
